Turkey Time!

I have found that I make more activities for my firsties in math...I think it is because I never enjoyed math in school and would love to make it a much more enjoyable experience for my little friends.  We spent most of last unit talking about true and false equations so now its time for the dreaded missing number equations.  It gets tough really quickly in my county for first graders.  So because Thanksgiving is coming up shortly I put together some math centers that are (of course!) turkey themed.

Above are the cards that you might post around the room.  I find when the students get moving they are more motivated to complete the activity and also more engaged.

Everything I create, I also make in black and white for easy, cheaper copying purposes.  This way if I think it will benefit a students I can send it home with them to play at home too!

I also have some fact family worksheets included in the bundle.  They are super cute and easy to just print and use.  There is a fact family read the room activity as well.
